Corporate service providers

Stablecoin payments for corporate service providers

More of the founders, families and holding companies you set up hold their capital in USDT or USDC, and the hardest part of the job is often finding an account that will take it. Sentvia gives your firm, and the companies you administer, accounts in their own names where stablecoins arrive as fiat.

Where stablecoins meet company administration

Clients whose capital is in stablecoins

Founders of digital-asset businesses, investors restructuring their holdings and families setting up holding companies often hold much of their wealth in USDT or USDC. They want to pay your fees that way, and they want to capitalise the companies you form for them from the same source.

New companies with no banking history

A newly formed holding company or special purpose vehicle has no trading record, and when its funds come from stablecoins many banks will not open an account at all. The company exists on paper but cannot receive its own share capital.

Keeping firm money and client money apart

A corporate service provider handles its own fees, money it pays on behalf of client companies, and capital that belongs to those companies. Each needs a clear record of whose money it is, and the cleanest record is an account in the right name for each.

How Sentvia fits

Collecting your own fees

  1. Request a quote. Tell us the amount the client will send in USDT or USDC.
  2. Lock the rate. Approve the quote; that is the rate the conversion settles at.
  3. The client sends the stablecoins to the address we give you for that conversion. We screen the payment on arrival.
  4. Receive fiat into your firm's named IBAN account, in USD, EUR, GBP or AED.

Clients who pay by bank transfer pay into the same account, so your fee income has one home however a client pays. Processing times depend on currency, jurisdiction and bank rails used.

Accounts for the companies you administer

Each client company applies to Sentvia in its own name and, once onboarded, holds its own named accounts. Shareholders can capitalise the company in stablecoins, and the fiat lands in the company's account rather than yours. Who instructs and who approves payments is agreed at onboarding, with approval controls before any funds leave.

Payments the company makes, such as registry charges, professional fees or settlements with its own counterparties, go to approved beneficiaries reviewed once by our compliance team. Read more about first- and third-party payments.

Introducing clients

If you would rather point clients to Sentvia than manage their accounts, you can partner with us as an introducer. Terms are agreed for each partnership, and your clients go through the same onboarding as any Sentvia client.

What onboarding looks for

Corporate service providers know due diligence from the other side of the desk. Onboarding a client company with Sentvia covers the same ground you would expect.

  • The company. Its certificate of incorporation, constitutional documents and registered address.
  • The people. Directors, shareholders and beneficial owners, verified individually, including through nominee or layered structures.
  • The funds. Where the stablecoins came from. Our guide to source of funds for stablecoin payments lists the evidence that answers it.
  • Every payment. Incoming stablecoins are screened on the blockchain before conversion, and monitoring runs on every transaction.

We run our own checks and do not rely on yours. Your own anti-money laundering obligations stay with you; our checks sit alongside them. Our compliance and regulation page sets out our registrations.

Which products fit

  • Multi-currency accounts. USD, EUR, GBP and AED side by side, for your firm or for each client company.
  • Named IBAN accounts. Accounts in the holder's own legal name, provided through regulated banking partners.
  • Payments and approvals. Third-party payments to reviewed beneficiaries, released only once the right people have approved them.
  • Prime OTC desk. For a large capital injection or restructuring converted in one go, quoted and locked per trade.

Before you bring a client to Sentvia

  • Decide whether the account belongs to your firm or to the client company, and keep the two apart.
  • Gather the company's corporate documents and beneficial ownership details.
  • Ask the client how they came to hold the stablecoins, and what records show it.
  • Agree who will instruct payments and who will approve them.
  • Lock the rate before stablecoins are sent, and check the quote shows the fiat amount you expect.

FAQ

Common questions

Can our clients pay our fees in USDT or USDC?
Yes. The client sends USDT or USDC to the address we give you for that conversion. We screen the payment, convert it at the rate you approved, and pay the fiat into a named account in your firm's own name in USD, EUR, GBP or AED.
Can a newly incorporated company open an account?
It can apply in its own name. We verify the company, its directors and its beneficial owners, and ask where the funds it expects to receive come from. Business verification and compliance documentation are required before the account is activated.
Can Sentvia rely on the due diligence we have already done?
No. We run our own checks on every client. The records you already keep for a company you administer, such as its constitutional documents and registers, make those checks easier to answer, but they do not replace them.
Who operates a client company's account?
The account belongs to the client company and is in its name. Who can instruct payments and who approves them is set out during onboarding, and approval rules apply before any funds leave.
How long does a stablecoin payment take to arrive as fiat?
The stablecoin transfer is near-instant. The fiat leg follows the bank rail for the currency, with its own cut-offs and banking days. Processing times depend on currency, jurisdiction and bank rails used.
Can we introduce clients to Sentvia?
Yes. Corporate service providers can partner with Sentvia as introducers. Terms are agreed individually, and every client you introduce goes through our standard onboarding with a dedicated onboarding officer.
